This morning I had all kinds of auctions coming up with winning bidders. I started to e-mail them, all of a sudden my page at yahoo with the closed auction changed and some of my auctions now show up as not having received a bid at all. I still have the e-mails from yahoo, stating the auction as closed with a bid. Or even one showed having received 8 bids, with a high twice the amount of the starting bid. Now, pooff, it only had one bid, and the winner is somebody else altogether than when I looked at the closed auction the first time. I have no idea what is going on, and quit notifying the winners. E-mail to yahoo hasn't given me an answer, yet. Anybody else with this problem? What have you done?

I haven't had any auctions close so far today so I haven't had this problem YET. However, I have resubmitted a few auctions from my "closed" page and they are not showing up on my "selling" page. In fact, they are still listed on the closed page. I also just listed a new auction and it is not showing up at all. Everything appears to be frozen. Anyone else having this trouble? I hope these show up later. I had planned to list a lot of items today but I'm holding off until this is fixed.

It's going forth and back. Half an hour later, the high bids were back, than gone again, now they are there. I could not relist some items where I had the closed confirmation from yahoo. I kept telling me that I can not resubmit an auction that was deleted. Now everything is fine again. They must have a high volume of auctions closing or something. I just waited, now everything is as it should be. I still get double confirmation and closing e-mails. Guess they have to do everything twice to make sure that it gets done at all!!!!

I listed 5 new auctions last night and this morning. One minute they are there, the next minute they are gone. They haven't showed up again since the last time I looked. I have emailed Yahoo twice already with no response. Somethings messed up. Apparently its not on my end if others are having problems. That much is kind of a relief. Hope they get it fixed soon. As a footnote, I have been having problems with other websites this morning, too. Which is why I thought it might be my browser. Maybe its the web.

Ditto here also. I went to having 148 items up for bids, to having 114 items up for bids! That's 34 items MISSING!!! High bidders dissappearing off auctions they were winning! I had one item up to $11.00 with 8 bids, then next time I go to look, It's only at $3.60 with 3 bids! And a couple of auctions with a high winning bid, then the next minute (same items) It shows no bids!!! I'm just glad I got the chance to email my winners this morning, considering I had a 30 minute window to do so!!! They too were also missing last night!!!
My guess is there is something quirky going on which I hope Yahoo is able to fix soon! Are my missing auctions somewhere about the Twilight Zone??? Yahoo only knows... or do they???

What is happening? I submitted an auction this afternoon. It showed up, but now is gone. Also, some bids on other auctions are gone also. I thought maybe I had submitted the auction incorrectly, but tried to submitt again and they said I had already submitted this auction! Strange things are happening.
How do you contact Yahoo auctions? I never seem to get to them. Thanks for your help.

Last night everything was fine, this morning while I started e-mailing my winners..... they changed! Again, high bidders suddenly diaapeared, Auctions where I received a winning notification, all of a sudden showed up without winner on my page. Is it because they update all the auctions? Updating with old information?
It's upsetting, since I get up at 4am to keep current on my auctions.

WELL, I spoke too soon! Now not only are some of my old auction winner gone, but the new ones are gone also! When will this stop? Has anyone received a reply from Yahoo?

YES! YES! YES! to all of the above, your auctions will return, I have seen this happen before, even some of mine were gone (50) of them and then they came back, and then they disappeared again, along with bids, but take a deep breath, and know that they will return! You just may have to explain to some of your winners about the glitch in Yahoo! : ) keep smiling and have a sell of a day!

I have been having the samer problem for the past four days! Please respond with you comments to the Yahoo Seller chats and see my relevant point, responses from yahoo, and clains. I have been judiciously documenting all these errors in the effort to bring a class action suit. We are a legitamate business payning over 240 a month for featured listings that are closeing wiht bids on them and recorded as closed with none. I urge all others to document this and bring Yahoo into court as theymust deliver their promised services. our very livelyhood depends upon this in most cases. The fact that they claim they are a "free" service is moot point now that they are charging for featuring, and they are legally bound to deliver on there claims of sevice. I am hoping those willing to join me in this effort will email [email protected] with their support and begin to printout all these evidences. Thus far many have responded to my reply and I have a list of those willing to go into court over this. I listed over 5000 worth of merchandise in the past month and can prove these auctions were bid on and getting lost so I have a legitmate claim for damages since these auctions were featured. My rating at yahoo is over 117 and I have brought alot of new business their way so they owe us an expalianation.
