The deadbeat policy is worthless. Two years ago, they bounced people that reached a negative 3 rating. Now, all they do is send them a stern notice saying they're late. How is that going to stop scammers taht are trying to get as low a rating as possible?
Come on people, there's morons with a NEGATIVE 73 at Yahoo!!!! Do you REALLY think an e-mail from Yahoo will make people like that pay?
