ALL KIDDING ASIDE !!!
Here is the problem yahoo;
we appreicate the auction house for the time it was free. but during that time we had many problems from your service, or should i say none service, and deadbeatbidders, which we had no protection from. we wrote in many times, many sellers trying to have negative feedback removed from our files, these feedbacks came from bidders, who never ever bought one item from us, in fact most, if not all where negative accounts, children for the most part, who hurt us as sellers, you refused to get involved to remove the harful post they made, these were not un happy customers, they where people, children, who never bought one item at all, just having fun hurting our feedback files, out of my 500 feedback ratings across the internet houses, i have 4 negative, all from children who never bought, just having fun with hurting the sellers on yahoo, we, and others have wrote you again, and again, without any compassion from you, or understanding, just a can message, we don't get involved, the second issue, is you gave us almost no warning whatsoever on these fee's you placed on us. furthermore, you continue not to listen to us on seller zone, nor at this auction watch, nor the other clubs, and chat area's, because of this over a dozen auction sites are now helping us out with free listings, and credits as well, and also listening to us with our concerns. we have no problem giving you our money, but we feel for selling an item, not for listing, if your site had a good turn around i would say yes, but for two years on your site, and being one of the big sellers on your site of over $100,000 of auctions, i have seen us work posting, after posting, with no traffic, and the bidders, bid very low, and yes in some cases, deadbeats, taking all of this into the situation, no one in their right mind would give you money. and if they do, watch for how long, after they see money going out, nothing coming in, they will stop. being in business for 30 years, i know what i am talking about. for some reason companys love to screw things up, and go down the tubes, when the answer is so easy,
just treat people the way you would like to be treated, with respect. and for god's sake, tell the truth, people are sick and tired of corporate untruth's !!! it is very clear, that actions speak louder than words, your actions is what everyone is hearing, not your words !!! talk is cheap, like my other business friends we are now listing with other sites, and yes, it will be a struggle at first, but in time, we will build up another site, and it will take off.
hopefully, they won't hurt us like you did !!!
