We've arranged for our members to have a live chat with Yahoo! Auction Management on June 29th!

I am contacting you to announce that we have arranged for our members to have a LIVE
chat with :

Karen Opp, Producer of Yahoo! Auctions

and

Patrick McAvoy, Manager, Customer Care of Yahoo! Auctions

Ms. Opp indicates that the staff at Yahoo is eager to get feedback from you, as sellers,
about needed improvements at Yahoo! Auctions and how they can help you! Because
they have noted complaints, by several of our members on the message board about
“customer service”, she has also asked Mr. McAvoy to participate in the discussion.

To quote Ms. Opp in her e-mail to the Founders: “We know if we have happy sellers -
who are realizing their profits on Yahoo! Auctions - we will in turn have happy bidders.
This is our goal.”

This represents a unique opportunity to have your views and suggestions recognized and
addressed by a member of Yahoo! management directly. I hope many of you will choose
to participate in this forum and know that your voice has been heard.

The chat will take place in our club chatroom on Tuesday, June 29th at 4:00 PM PDT
(7:00 PM EDT). You need to enter the chat by accessing our club page:

After you reach the page, you can access the chatroom through the “CHAT” link on the
