I don't think Yahoo has ever had customer service. I have never found it anyway. There have not been enough people pay to list their auctions yet so they haven't been able to hire a person. If you want customer service try AuXpal.

That sounds like deja vu all over again!
It's easy to provide great customer service when you've got nothing else to do. If AuxPal ever gets big (I hope it does), then customer service wil disappear there too.
Look at eBay ... the biggest. Where's their customer service?!

looks like aw pulled my topic i posted guess they didnt like me saying the truth about not getting any CS from yahoo! oh well if the truth hurts theres nothing i can do about it.guess i wont post any other threads here.
