iucards

I haven't found even 1 category that has increased, but that's to be expected.

I'm watching 32 categories.

Average decline 38%
Bidding is off by 2% from what it was before this all started.

In essence, this has had the opposite effect from what they were saying.

Several new subcategories were added under U.S. Stamps and Coins on 1/10. They have some listings, in particular I thinnk US gold coins is one of the new categories and about 600 were posted 1st day - evidently some coin dealers are giving that an serious try.
Looking at the gold listings there were some put up at token opening / no reserve, majority at sell prices. Bidding was active on the low opening/nr and some which appear to follow an "open at nothing, reserve = buy it now price" technique. I'm not really familiar with the field but believe dealers mostly need to operate on fairly small % margins, as both buyers and sellers know almost exactly what prices should be, and as such the FVF delta would be significant if similiar results to ebaY can be obtained.

There is also
Toys & Games> Pokemon> Video Games> Stadium 1/10 (2) 1/18 (3) up 50%!

"In essence, this has had the opposite effect from what they were saying" - Sounds like the Iraqui rocket program.

What would make you think you were going to sell more just because they are now adding seller fees?? What you need to sell is customer's and all the fees in the world are not going to make them appear!

Yahoo is now BYOC (bring your own customers).

Yahoo has always been BYOC. And the reason they grew is because each and everyone of us did just that. However, I am taking my customers somewhere else to play. Funny thing is several of them have emailed me and asked me to list on AuXpal.
