When Yahoo tried to fight the ban against selling Nazi regalia on the internet in France, "Yahoo argued that the Web sites involved were aimed at the American market and said the U.S. First Amendment governing freedom of speech prevented it from shutting the sites down" (http://www.dmnews.com/articles/2001-01-22/12756.html).
Therefore, shouldn't those who have had their products banned be filing a class action against Yahoo because, according to Yahoo, the posters are protected by "the U.S. First Amendment governing freedom of speech."
In defense, how could Yahoo argue against it's self??? They basically TESTIFIED that canning said auctions violated the US Constituion.
Sue Yahoo!!!!
