I have not used my account for listing for about a month now. I have some listings that will run out in about 7 days. I thought I would list a few this weekend. I checked my account thinking I had plenty of credits still in my account from my eBay feedback. It is down to zero!! Have they done away with those listing credits they gave us last fall? I know for sure I have not used all of it. It just seems to be gone. Anyone else having this problem? What do I do about it?

Did you use any feature, bold title, gift icon etc. in November? They blamed a computer glitch for double-billing many user's Nov. fees. To check how much you've been billed per month go to your Billing Summary page, click LATEST then click PREVIOUS to see each prior months used credits. If you don't see what's wrong you can call the phone # listed on that page to ask them. I haven't heard of anyone's credits disappearing unless their account was terminated. If that were the case you wouldn't even be able to sign in with that user ID.
