WOW you have a bidder on yahoo to cool.

Did you know that a bidder on yahoo is a rare and valuble item you might try listing your yahoo bidder on ebay at a .99 start bid with a nice reserve and see if you can get any bids maybe pick up the positive feed back number on ebay this vintage yahoo bidder caused you on yahoo.

It's not possible to give you an appropriate answer to your question. You are only giving your side of the transaction. Besides, how you deal with buyers, and your actions, are unknown. Only you can answer your own question.

send an auto e-mail plus three manual bidder said lost e-mails. I do not know the bidder side either too. To ship item or not to ship is the questin? Send several e-mails no response from bidder. I would like to offer refund only if feedback is remove first. Who knows??

send e-mail stating i will refund once the negative feedback is removed and to cease the business with bidder to much trouble not enough money for the hassle. Bidder will not go for the refund I bet unless I send the money first lol. Any wagers?

It is hard to comment without a clear idea of what transpired that led to the negative feedback.

However, if an item was auctioned and the bidder paid, then I would think the seller has an obligation to send the merchandise. It's the 'legally binding contract' thing.

I had the same situation a couple months ago. A bidder left me a negative because they didn't receive my end-of-auction email with payment information, and they claimed I never contacted them (nor, might I add did they attempt to contact me via email before leaving the negative feedback. When I saw the feedback, I emailed them a copy of the payment info that I had orginally sent, and also let them know I was disappointed in the way they chose to handle the situation.

They did then send the payment, and I mailed out their merchandise. They have still not revised my negative rating. I did post a response on my feedback to their negative, but remained professional and resisted the temptation to give them a negative in retaliation

Grayowl,

If the bidder paid you , send it, if this is so, you are one of the reasons we are being charged, you deserve the bad rating, if you have not received payment then give them the bad rating.

Sellers who have no respect for an honest bidders rapid payment deserve what they get, same goes for buyers. You reap what you sow,

By the way are you my current deadbeat that likes to use the term LOLOLOL!!???? with simular names? You just use the term LOLOLOL tooooo much and have admitted to having more then one name. If this is you, come on down, act like a man, take what you give.

lolO was a typo yes I do want to send it I rather keep the item send a refund if I get negative feedback before item was paid for plus negative feedback why would I care even though i do? I would be glad to send it except for that nagging feedback. It is a store I really do not need customers like that its not worth the trouble. I will let you know what the bidder wants refud or item.
I do not feel right sending the item with the negative feedback still in place. I will keep you posted. Thanks for the help.

I am not the reason they are charging why would you say that? I am looking for the right solution for this problem. The item is junk.

Grayowl,

you made it sound as tho you were paid and holding onto item, if you weren't paid by all means keep the item and relist. Have had a few who wanted item first, just be diplomatic about it as possible, relist if they dont resond to your liking. It's a hard thing to do but if they give bad feedback for no reason, return it in a polite way, you can always offer to reverse it can't you?

bidder payed by personal cheque two days after negative feedback. I will check the bank today if clear why would I send the item
with the negative feedback. I have a standard auto e-mail no emotions there.
