I think yahoo is getting a little to expensive to sell clothes now. I have a few items posted on veniza.com fashion auction and have made a small amount of sales so far. I will keep posting on yahoo but only the more popular items.

I have pretty much given up on selling clothes, it's not for the faint of heart! Speaking from experience selling on both ebay & yahoo, it's a category with a huge deadbeat population. (I listed 3 clothing items on ebay 3 weeks ago and have yet to see payment for any of them!!) Plus I HATE measuring every last part of each garment. And I have a liberal return policy so I hate worrying about how much stuff I'm going to have to take back when I sell clothes to people who don't bother to check the measurements I busted butt to put in the ad. I have decided that selling clothes on any site is NOT for me.
Having said that, of all the free sites I really like Pootah the best now. I have made some sales there myself (not clothes) and I really like the way the auction is set up. I also really admire the people who run the site. They started it because they are sellers themselves and they just wanted a decent place to sell their stuff. My opinion is that Pootah is the site that is least likely to screw their sellers in the long run. Excellent customer service and NO STOCKHOLDERS.
But good luck to you!! On the bright side at least clothes are easy to pack and ship!
