I can't change my contact e-mail I have on file with Paydirect. The e-mail I was using has been down a long time and I can no longer use it. I can't seem to get Paydirect to change to another e-mail. I don't know why, maybe because it says "pending" beside my current e-mail in my Paydirect account. I clicked on "pending" and clicked "cancel the verification" but it doesn't work. I wasn't aware that I had never verified my other e-mail. I have tried "edit" several times, but everytime I change to my new e-mail I want to use it just takes me to my yahoo mail account which is the e-mail I want to change to. No new messages. I tried this several times.
I am having the very same trouble trying to change my contact e-mail in Yahoo auctions.
I found an e-mail to write to for help. I sent them an e-mail and it was returned as no such user. ([email protected]), I thought this is a typo (feeback?), so I tried feedback and it wasn't returned.

It is hard to find the right address to send problems like this to, I just went thru a 2 week ordeal of not being able to accept paydirect monies.
When I get to the point you are at I take several approaches to get Yahoo's attention to avoid the long distance phonecall. the easiest for me is to pull up one of my active auctions, then I click on neighborhood watch as if I were to report a ToSS item and in the message box I merely state: Sorry this is one of my items, there is nothing wrong with it, the problem is I need help with changing my email for paydirect, Please advise me how to do so and forgive me for approaching you thru Neighborhood watch, it was my last resort.
