Everyone can make a mistake - it happens to the biggest companies - take Coke's Classic for example - the difference in Coke and Yahoo, is that when Coke realize their major blunder, they immediately ate crow and corrected it - with Yahoo, their ineptness, and lack of understanding their own market, combined with pride has proven to destroy what was the first real competitor to eBay.
Odd, if they'd only listened to their customers and put in a FVF instead of a listing fee - and stopped their ridiculous TOS cancellations - they don't seem to understand the concept of keep their customers happy.
YAHELL is a good example of how NOT to do business and an excellent example of how to destroy a thriving business!
YAHELL didn’t and doesn’t seem to realize that the SELLER is their customer, their source of promotion and income. They sc**w the seller, and guess what they basically kill their site.
eBay is jumping for joy about the influx of Yahoo sellers, and we are celebrating, even while paying eBay fees, as our sales are good, there are no unexplained, unrefunded TOS cancellations.
Is YAHELL blind?
YAHELL learn from Coke, suck it up, admit your mistake and correct it.
Neilson just rated eBay as the 1st shopping site on the internet.
To bad YAHELL - you could have been up there too. Obviously, you are reaping what you have sown.
