I just signed up with the PayDirect and started acepting it as an option. I get a bunch of confirmed PayDirect payments only to find that none of the links work to access my account. I tried the direct link, cut an paste, and went to Yahoo to click on that link, I just get "The publisher of the page can't be reached," or "The publisher refuses you access.Meanwhile, one customer hounds me on a daily basis, leaving 5 negs so far calling me a scammer. One managed to cancel the payment and send a MO, another canceled it and has not resubmitted payment. The response I get from Yahoo is the form letter not even remotely related to my help request, sending me info on the security wallet. With "great" customer service like that why do they have programs like Premiere Seller that rewards sellers with good service? Ironic isn't it?

Tell the guy bothering you that he will get an email notification from Yahoo of when you get in to accept the money.............so as of this moment he has not paid he just has a floating charge authorization that hasnt been processed fully.

PayDirect has been having several problems over the last week, including not recogising bank ABA numbers to transfer funds. I've called them 3 times last week and it's still not resolved.
