Hi Friends: Ok.. I'll be the first to start this thread. I'm surprised we haven't talked more about it this week. Maybe we are all off posting auctions like crazy people
I have posted and sold several auctions on the .99c showcase. I'm happy to report that I am clearing out many items that have been sitting on a shelve for awhile. Some have sold at 99c and some have well exceeded the bids I thought.
What am I selling? Just about anything. Books, Dolls, miniatures, glassware, clothing(used), yard ornaments, some costume jewelry, and craft pattern booklets. So.. just about anything goes.
I also believe that the .99c is drawing attention to my higher end auctions that aren't showcased.
I'm sorry, I'm not a #'s person so I don't do stats or anything but I know what I've been selling !
Sale ends Friday - so check it out. It might livin your week up !!
Happy Selling!

I'm no numbers person either but I think it's made a difference. I agree that the 99¢ listing is driving viewers to my other auctions.
I went to the Yahoo auction page yesterday and the 99¢ feature was replaced with a Planet of the Apes feature. The feature section must rotate, has it always been so?
All in all I'm pretty happy with the results.

Hi,
Yep.. they are rotating the banners. No fair but what can ya do. It seems that if we pay to showcase then the banner should be static until the end of the sale. Oh well... my sales still doing good today.
