I reached an amount that would automatically cause my credit card to be charged. Which is okay, it's been charged and on my account sumarry I see only one charge, but so far I have received 6 of those "Auctions Billing Notifications". Has anyone else have this happen to them before.
I called Yahoo to verify I'm not being charged each time I get one, but it's just weird.

Yes, I have had this happen to me twice in the past. They will stop in a few hours. In my case, I was only was charged once. Just appears to be some snafu in the automatic e-mail notification system.
