NPA online auction user's survey

On behalf of the National Police Agency in Japan, I am asking for your
cooperation on our survey of online auctions. GAZETA USA, Inc., where I
work, is a New York-based production company which conducts research and
location coordination in North America for various Japanese agencies.
The National Police Agency is surveying online auction fraud and related
security systems at the request of the Social Security Study Foundation, in
a bid to grasp the plight of online auctions in the United States and to
efficiently utilize survey results for anti-fraud measures.
We created a site to ask online auction users to fill out a questionnair.
