Okay, I won an auction on Yahoo, and payed through Paypal immediately. I received the card from this person and it was not the same card as the one the buyer had pictured and in the description. I have contacted him with no response, and do not know who to contact. Please someone tell me what to do next. Thanks.....T.J.

I doubt there is anything else to do except continue to try to get ahold of the seller. Yahoo is not responsible for it's listings.

If you didn't get what you paid for and you paid via paypal you can do a charge back. If you paid via Visa mastercard you don't even have to go through paypal all you have to do is call you credit card company and tell them you didn't get the item you order and they will do a charge back.

Yea, but if I do a charge back, won't I lose my Paypal account. I heard that they dont like chargebacks to much...lol. Let me know.

If you do a paypal chargeback, I believe they can freeze your account too, until it is cleared up. Not sure, though.
