Is it legal, when listing on Yahoo!, to have a link to your website, regardless of what you're selling on your website? I sell collectibles on the auction sites (except ebay, just adult there) but adult material (legal, movies, toys) on my website.
Also , if throwing knives are allowed to be sold, why not throwing stars? And will Yahoo! ever allow us to sell adult items again? I do a tremendous amount of business on Ebay with my adult items and seems to me Yahoo! would like a chunk of that money...? Appreciate your thoughts.

I don't kmow about adult items but now that the apellate court has ruled that France Had No Business harassing yahoo over the nazi items, I wonder if excite ebay and yahoo are smart enough to figure out that some of us would love to sue to enforce our rights, seems like they are rahter neatly boxed in right now
