I have been trying to edit my warehouse inventory for 2 days. I sell on Amazon and have my inventory on warehouse also. I am having great sales on Amazon, but need to delete the solds from Amazon. I have e-mailed customer service, but they usually take a week to reply, so I need to know if anyone else is having the same problem. The warehouse site is not down as I was able to navigate as a buyers, just not able to edit MY Warehouse. Sales are just not what I expected compared my sales on Amazon

I too have had problems getting access to Yahoo Warehouse/ my listings.

Even worse on the extremely rare occasions when I make a sale there, if I click on the link they send me to confirm, in their email, It usually times out and goes nowhere.

I have been able to physically surf to the MY warehouse page and confirm it from the PENDING list, but sometimes that time out and sometimes it doesn't.

I have a new philosophy about selling on Yahoo: Don't assume there are any intelligent people working there because there are not. If Yahoo works for you then make the best of it. If you need to contact them, don't bother, you will waste your time.

I sell on HalfDot similar things and HalfDot outsells Yahoo Warehouse 6-1. Is that worth a 5% saving? What about a vacation button on Yahoo? Sorry. What about my 30 completed sales with one customer who complained the jewel case cracked on his $5 Cdrom (the Cdrom was ok), and I have a Warehouse rating for all to see of -1.

Don't let it get you down. Yahoo is for Yahoos and run by Yahoos. And that has never changed.
I took down all my listings on Yahoo after not geting the confirmation e-mail and trying to confirm from My Warehouse and was unable to get into my account. It always came back "Website Unavailable" When I e-mailed Yahoo, a week later I got a canned reply that did not even address what I had e-mailed about. I agree, Yahoo just does not have the traffic that Ebay and Half.com do. I put alot of items on E-bay with buy it now prices and sold 12 DVD's in one day. I have sold my entire jewelry inventory of over 250 items, all on ebay. I also put quite a few items on half.com, selling all if those. Amazon has been slow but steady doing about $100.00 a day as opposed to $300.00 a day before Sept 11. The Christmas sales seem to be over unless people choose to pay for Priority Mail.
