SELLERS EMAIL NO LONGER VALID,NEITHER WERE HER OTHER EMAIL ADDRESSES VALID.I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE SHE SCAMMED. NO HELP FROM YAHOO.HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH A COUPLE OF OTHER BUYERS ON HER AUCTION,THEY TOO ARE AS IRATE AS I. I HAVE CONTACTED THE FTC AND THE POSTAL INSPECTOR.IF ANYONE CAN THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE I COULD DO,ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Other options ripped off buyers can take are: USPS Mail Fraud complaint (get form from your local p.o. or visit website: http://www.new/usps.com http://Fraud.org http://Web-police.org http://www.alexanderlaw.com/nccc/cb-ftc.html Contact the State Attorney General office of his state AND yours (Use a search engine to find add/phone/fax info for any Atty Gen office) It can take up to 3 months to hear back from any of these organizations so you have to be patient. comic123	posted on May 9, 2000 12:32:19 PM new I would just forget about getting help from Yahoo Auctions. Your best bet would be to file for fraud or start legal proceedings. Do you know if seller is still residing in that state or has he move to Bolivia.
