After endless hours spent trying to keep up with the 200 plus auctions I normally run on Yahoo, trying to keep addresses, who has paid, who hasn't, what I said to who, did I give feedback or not.....I have found HEAVEN in the form of Auction Tamer! I told the creator of this marvelous program this morning, how it has totally automated our record keeping, and made dealing with so many auctions fast, simple, and all buyers are taken care of immediately, and we have a copy of all correspondence....everything is automated, and I am thrilled to death.....

I know I wrote once about the automated feedback, which was great, but to be able to totally automate my Yahoo Auctions, and give each buyer special care, and have a records of every letter, every payment, is pure Heaven to me!

If you haven't tried this marvelous program go to:

http://www.auctiontamer.com

For a free evaluation copy.

Auction Tamer will also function with eBay and Amazon - it is the perfect program. I already had eBud for eBay, but was running so many auctions on Yahoo that we were getting buried in lists and paperwork.....but no more!

Try it you will love it.

Im glad your happy and haveing luck with auction tamer I down loaded this when you posted last time cause I have many auctions on yahoo as well, it worked well as far as tracking auction.

I was useing it on a trail test I couldnt get any of the other features to work it kept telling me I had 30 days trail on tracking and 15 days trail on listing and other features but none of them worked I just kept getting a notice when I tried to use them to register my copy .

$19.99 may be a small price but no test no buy.

I down loaded auction watches new beta program Ampro and I have launched auctions on yahoo and ebay it keeps track of my inventory, allows me to schedule when I want to launch batches of auction a batch is an unlimted amount from 1 to 1000 or more .

there is a link to click to AWs auction manager to track auctions .

I keep my EOA form letters in the drafts folder of outlook express
I just copy and paste the letter I want add prices dates item numbers and send off for won items late notices what ever.

and whats more there program works great and its freeeee.

D-man did you write the creators of AUCTION TAMER when you had problems? Did you ask for help or information? I had a few but they immediately responded and they are wonderful.

I was in the test for the AW Manager Pro, and immediately found major problems, since the Test I haven't tried it again.....during the test, the picture which is to be in the Yahoo gallery didn't show up, and didn't post in the gallery because at that time it was at the bottom of the page, which is a MAJOR problem as far as I am concerned....there were others, ANOTHER MAJOR PROBLEM was the limited space for the auction title allowed for Yahoo, it was short, like the title space allowed for eBay, and that means less words I can use for folks to find in a search. It is a great program, and I would use it for Yahoo posting "IF" these serious areas were corrected.

I post on eBay via Auction Assistant and use eBud for eBay record keeping. I would use Auction Tamer for that, but already had e-Bud and was satisfied with the job it does for eBay.

Our major problem was record keeping and automatic emails for Yahoo, and I have tried every other program and find none as good as Auction Tamer! And I don't know if there is a corollary, but since I started using the AUCTION TAMER system, our dead beat rate has dropped dramatically!

Well im useing the new beta version and there is no title limits that I found for titles in yahoo other then the yahoo limit its self all worked fine.

pic on yahoo only show in there gallery if they are directly up loaded to yahoo and they host it .

also I dont know if you have noticed the big changes in yahoo yet or not but one of them is this when someone goes to view all your auctions if they click veiw photos only yahoo only shows up to 8 of your items randomly they cant see all the photos anymore and there is no link to click to see more I just noticed this in the last two weeks I list 80 items right now and I go to view all my sale veiw photos only and you only get to see 8 random pics.

and I dont know if it was just luck of the draw but all the pics I seen of my auction the 8 showed were items I featured so I dont see the view photos only option a big selling point.

they also dont offer an active link in the veiw photos only to more of your auctions any more the next page is there but as an inactive link if you view listings only all the listings are there and the like to the next page is active.

I didnt bother righting auction tamer group since this was not my frist test I had auction tammer when it was new beta test they gave me a free registration it couldnt do listing then just tracking and snipping now that I have had a registered beta version they wanted me to pay to test the listing features

That is what I am talking about - to me it is pointless to use AWMgr. Pro when the gallery pictures aren't in the right position to show in the Yahoo gallery. I know many of our customers only search by picture, and without our items pictured in the Yahoo gallery, it is pointless to post.

I did see they have corrected the limited Title format and that is great, now if they can get the photograph in the correct position, it will be a winner.

Of course then we come to eBay - I used AWMgr.Pro today for eBay and it was a disaster. I left the auction up on eBay for someone with AW to see......the whole auction was over size, and it duplicated itself twice on the same page....what a mess.

I used the same html, that I have used on eBay for 3+ years, but by the time the AWMgr got through with it, it was all messed up...I hope it gets corrected as I need a good bulk loader for eBay and for Yahoo, but can't use this till the bugs are out.

I know it CAN be a great system, sure wish they'd work the bugs out.
