I have just downloaded the sellers manager, but as I had a previous copy on my computer which I haven't used for a year, the new download added my new auctions to the old ones which were still in the program. I have tried without any luck to delete the old auctions. How can I do that? Since they are old, I can't access them through the manage auction; in fact they can no longer be found on the Yahoo site. Thanks for any help in this matter.

I did the same thing last week. When I started up the program it prompted me to update the DB file they have on my computer.
Then when I downloaded the newer version it prompted me to update it.
I perosnally think their seller manager is lame. If you want to resubmit an auction all it does is link you to the sites relisting page for that item. There is nothing different between this program and simply logging into your my auctions page.
If they fix it so that I can resubmit all unsold auctions at once then I'd use it every week.

Thank you. I guess that's why I didn't use it for so long. Actually, it started telling me I couldn't list an auction because there was someone else with my secured information. But I could go to the auction page and list. I don't know what the difference was, but whatever it was it caused me to quit using it for a year. Guess I'll just stick with the old method.
