I went to andale and saw they are advertising yahoo's free listing day. They also have a link to create a yahoo account. A step in the right direction!

I saw that was item #3 in the letter mailed to all sellers.
3. Yahoo! Auctions is now even easier to use for Andale users. Andale customers who sell on ebay can now upload to Yahoo!Auctions with ease. Try it out.

WELL...eBay can be confusing to list on...BUT:
YAHOO is VERY EASY! Takes NO BRAINS! That is THE BEAUTY of YAHOO -- EASY & CHEAP!
PLUS: FREE IMAGE HOSTING! Ya just have to remember that many folks shop by looking at the THUMBNAIL PHOTO GALLERY & if ya want to be in it, ya have to upload your pics DIRECTLY FROM YOUR HD TO YAHOO!

Personally, eBay use to be confusing to list to but they have made great strides to simplify the process. Sorta like using a calculator instead of learning basic math in school. Except this calcular has a hand out demanding money.
eBay is always going to make life miserable for the third party sites with subtle eBay software changes that confound their systems and in many other ways.

Actually that's not 100% correct. You can host your images anywhere and they will work if you use the Bulk Loader option to send them a spreadsheet. I did it last time with 1800 items, and planning to do it tomorrow with over 3000 items.
But as far as I've seen, NONE of the various auction manager sites support the gallery correctly. Even Yahoo's own Seller's Manager has issues (Want to relist, you have to send the image again)
