I went ahead filed a complaint, then 10 days later I escarated the complaint, but I dont see any credit on my yahoo wallet. I was lead to believe if a bidder deadbeats I get the FVF and the listing fee back. did they changed the rules?

Ironking,
I assumed you just got the FVF, back but I could be wrong. I never check my credits to see if they gave anything back to me. I guess I should have.

Click the "options" link, click the "billing summary" link. It should be in the credit section.
