Does yahoo Auctions have a schedule feature where you can schedule auction in advance?

You can select the hour you want to start/end your auction but only on the day you want to launch the auction. I don't know for sure about the bulk loader but I think it is similar.
The three pay services of AW, AuctionWorks and Andale allow scheduling of Yahoo auctions.
