But that is not a bad thing. Just not as many junk listings as in the past. Now bidders won't have to sift through crap just to find good items. I know it has helped my sales in the past not having all of the junk in the way.

What would you classify as "junk"? Not trying to be a smart**s, but I just started posting auctions on Yahoo, so am still learning a lot. Are there certain items that get more looks/bids than other items?
I sell scrapbooking supplies, figurines, paper collectibles, horse & dog-related gift items, and anything else that is in as near mint condition as possible.
When you say junk, do you mean broken items, dirty stuff, or what?

Go to the manage auction link on the auction you want to end. Select "Cancel Bid ....
You may cancel an individual's bid". After that you can cancel the auction as there would be no bids on it.

What is junk is baseball cards that have a value of less than one dollar. Recipes. What ebay don't want you to know CD's. Anything listed at Bidville.
