I heard that Yahoo is closing their Auction site. I Wonder if anyone else have heard this.

Yes. They are closing the USA auction site.

There's announcement on the auction page. June 3rd is the last day for listing and June 14th it will close down.

It figures, they have had a ton of glitches that they have ignored, for a couple of months now. UGH

I am kind of mixed on this one. Over the years, I did have decent luck selling on Yahoo. I did leave for a while on their listing fee snafu, but it did drive the loser sports card deadbeats away.

Their largest mistake was to go to free listing and still allow sports cards on the site. It brought back all of the bidville deadbeats and made the site the cesspool that it is now.

It is sad to say, but it was writing on the wall. With all of the bad decisions the Yahoo has made in the past, it was just a matter of time.

Thanks Yahoo for the years of website space for our sales.
