thatcha got put on "ice" cuz their held hostage by the olde db bidder?
How long is a suitable time in 99% of all cases, without question?
I mean like, one month?
Ya know, without any FVFs, it seems like even outrageous dbs cannot do the same type of havoc, cuz their ain't any bookkeeping, no credits to file, just aging mdse.

Hi Radh,
Glad you're enjoying our widdle corner of AW!
Because of the high deadbeat ratio on Yahoo I give the least amount of time to pay there. My letter says I must recieve payment within 10 days. If I haven't rec'd it by day 12 I write a last chance letter saying I will not hold the item unless they make immediate contact. If I don't get a response within 1-2 days I go ahead & cancel, neg, blacklist and resubmit.
I always recheck their current FB before I write the follow-up letter, sometimes it has gone from 0 to neg 5 in that 12 days. If that's the case I don't bother with the letter, just neg & relist.
We give 10 days - I send a warning letter, wait 2 days 1 more, and back on the board it goes....but we rarely do 1 of a kind items on Yahoo, but between PayPal, and Auction Tamer, our deadbeat ratio on Yahoo has drop to about nothing now, even lower than eBay!

jwpc mentioned, "...our deadbeat ratio on Yahoo has drop to about nothing now, even lower than eBay!"
...and radh fainted!
When she returns, tomorrow, after a full recuperation from the shock of what she just read, she hopes to learn what is Auction Tamer ?????? where is it and how much does it cost?
