Hi Melanie. I've never sold jewelry but tried Barbie there. There are more barbies on yahoo than any other site known to exist as far as I can tell.

I had some luck selling some jewelry recently. I started them at .99 and made a reserve that protected my investment.

Maybe you could read a few costume jewelry listings on both Yahoo & Ebay, just to get a feeling for the lingo people in those areas use. I've never sold costume jewelry either but I do sell a lot of items from categories that I'm unfamiliar with. I just do a bit of research before listing (a lot of times you can even find the exact same item listed on at least one site.) Then just write as accurate a description as you can. If you feel your items are very valuable (who knows they probably are?) You might want to consider getting one of those online appraisals. Might be worth it, depending on your items.
