A couple of times I have encountered an error on resubmission of an auction indicating that I could not use the picture because there is already an active auction using that picture. I found that this was because another seller had reused my picture, I believe by simply copying a link to the copy already in yahoo's database.
How curious.
It is obvious that a lot of yahoo sellers copy pictures by the frequent duplication. I'm not very concerned with protecting my pictures against reuse, but doing it in such a way that I can't use them is a bit much. For this one I wrote to yahoo and will see what happens.

I have also got this message a couple of times. When I get it, I simply delete the photo and upload it again...haven't had any problems yet.
