Hi, I am getting ready to post my very first auction. Have decided to go with Yahoo because it seems a little less intimitating.
Do I understand correctely that I should do it from the Yahoo site, in order for the thumnail photo to show up? Then I would import it into my AuctionWatch auction manager?
I thought I saw somewhere that it could be done from AuctionWatch, how is that done?
AuctionWatch auction manager does not send out automatic end of sale letters to the high bidder?
Thanks for your help in getting these things straight in my mind.

Yes if you list your auctions and photo on yahoo you get no show pictures only photos on yahoo .
rather then list from yahoo and importing auctions list from AW then go to yahoo and under manage this auction choose to edit the discription of each up load a second picture even if its the same one to each auction.
NO AW doesnt send out EOA automatically but its not nessary yahoo in you options area allows you to add a personal message to buyers in there end of auction notice there you can add your payment info your name and address to send money but you will still need to contact each to give shipping rates inless you have items so you charge all one flat rate
I know that this all makes AW seem like an extra step you dont need but AW lets you store all your inventory you can write ads save them and launch when your ready you cant store photo ads and past costomer emails and so at yahoo only for limited time then they delete it
you will be saveing time when you sell an Item you may come across again and again that sells well the photo and ad will be all saved on AW to reuse over no work for you .
also you will be build a mailing list of past buyers to write and invite to new auctions you list in the area they will buy from
other advantages since closed auctions are saved on AW you can easily have access to what your past starting prices and high bids were.

Thank you dman3. You did clear some things up for me. Now I just have to take a deep breath and jump in. I really wanted to use Auction Watch from the beginning so I would have a record of things. So now I understand that I can do it from here, then edit at Yahoo. Thanks again. Cashout
