OK, I will try to make this as short as possible. I had a buyer after one month of not receiving payment, I negged her. Well, she left me a neg saying she sent me payment through PayPal, and I better refund her money. After going back and forth at each other in email, I realized she was telling the truth. What she did was put the wrong email address in at PayPal, and I never received the "You've got Cash" notification. OK, we got that straightened out, and I changed her rating to Excellent. She is trying to change mine, but she already deleted everything. She even deleted the auction from her "Won" folder, or whatever Yahoo calls it. Is there a way she can go and change it? Please somebody help!

If you send her the URL of the auction, she can go straight to that page and change her feedback from there.

autionee...If I send her my URL wouldn't it show a place for me to leave feedback for her. I mean, would she be able to leave feedback for me on my closed auction page. Sorry is this sounds confusing. I gave her the item number, I thought she would be able to find it like that.

The answer to this is yes you can change feed back on yahoo thing is if the buyer deleted there completed auction links and didnt save her win email she can not change her feed back on you.

NO she can not change your feed back if you send your end of auction link that link requires your password and only changes your feed back on her

What the buyer can do to change your feed back is click any auction you have listed click the see sellers feed back then she can click on the feed back she left you and edit it

you can change the rateing from neg to excellent but it will only show as neutral it wont ad a + for you and the negitive comment will be with you for ever.

this is why it says be sure this is the comment you want to leave it can not be edited or removed later .

Your URL and her URL for the auction page are the same. The difference in how the page is displayed depends on who you are logged in as. For example, when you look at your auction page, it gives you the ability to see the counter and "manage this auction". Even though you are looking at the same page as your buyers, your buyers don't have this box because they are not logged in as the seller.

The negative statement will still be there, but the new rating will not be average, it will be the buyers most recent rating.

dman3, & auctionee...Thank you for the suggestions. I have just sent her an email telling her how to do it. I'll let you know the outcome. I sure hope it works! Thanks for the help...

I see I'm too late but for others who encounter this problem the easiest thing the buyer could do is go their own FB page. Find that auction & click the title. That will pull up the original auction page which will have the "rate the seller" box on the right. When she clicks it she would get a new box to choose a rating & enter her comments. The original comments she rated you with will show at the top of the page as well (to refresh her memory as to what needs to be changed).

That is not true at all, I don't store any items on my Won or Closed pages because I log all sales & wins in a book. If I left all those auctions on the pages it would take forever to go through so I delete everything as soon as the auction ends.
When it comes time to rate anyone I simply go to the "search by item #" page & enter the auction ID# to bring up the page. If the other person has already rated me I use the method above of simply clicking the auction title to pull up the page rate them.

I just want to update everyone on the feedback. I sent the buyer the link to my auction, and she was able to change it to Exellent auctionee...I had no idea I could sent her my link to the auction. I thought if I did that she would only see what I see on my page. Thank you so much for that information.

Ok, I have another question. If I don't get a response here, I will post a new message. Is there a way a person can find the zip code of a military address? I have a package going to Germany, but I just found out the address the buyer sent me is not Military. I'm waiting to here back from her, but I just wondered if there's a way I can find out. I do have part of her address. Thanks!
