Is anyone else having a problem with PayDirect? I've gotten several payments today,and it won't let me in there to claim them.
I get the email link, which takes me to the log in page, which takes me to the regular
log in page, which takes me back to the security log in page.
Endless loop, I've cleared my cache, rebooted twice...same thing happening!
Wahhhhh!!!!!!!

I haven't had the "looping" problem you describe trying to sign in, but I had a payment from Sept. 12th that I couldn't "accept". I kept getting an "ERROR 218--contact customer service" message.
I wrote them twice, and the customer who sent me the payment wrote them yesterday, too. This morning I was finally able to "accept" it but Yahoo never wrote me back, so I don't know if they "fixed" the problem in response to our complaints, or if the "glitch" just "went away" on its own.
If you're still having trouble, write PayDirect Customer Service (I eventually found it through the "help" links).

I don't do PayDirect but I have a problem with trying to feature an auction. It just goes in circles.I think I paid for some auctions 5 times over. I'm afraid to look at my account...

helnjoe - on the featuring it seems a bit inconclusive after you go through the process - but the screen after you enter your "key" is the last and you are "featured" at that point although there is no confirmation.
If you scroll down you will see a list of the featured auctions (just the numbers) and yours will be highlighted in the list. It is clickable so you can verify.
