Back in march or april yahoo had a feature auction special for each one of your yahoo positive rateings you would get a 1.00 feature credit.. at the time I had over a 50 rateing, signed up for the special featured what i thought was my credit.. till this day i have not recieved the credit. Called yahoo 3 times since have been told each time that the matter would be taking care of. never has been yet. Now yahoo has stopped me from listing cause they say i owe them 21.00 that i refuse to pay cause they owe me i believe 54.00.. The yahoo office is a long distance call for me, i live in new york they are in Cal. I can not afford to keep calling and get this problem solved. What a rip off i would have never featured 50.00 worth of auctions if not for the offer they had going....

Hi Wired1
You are not alone, I too have been waiting since early April for the feature credits they promised then. I never sprung for any long distance calls but I email often & always get a response it will be straightened out in a few days. There have been other sellers over the past 2-3 months posting at SZ that they get these same responses but never got their credits either. People are posting here they applied several DAYS ago and are already getting impatient! I could re-apply now using my eBay FB but that # is much less than the Yahoo FB that was accepted during the March program. Obviously some is better than none but I'll still get ripped off going that route. Yahoo "customer service" is the absolute worst on the net!
They auto-charge my CC for features when they are the ones who OWE me. How did you refuse to pay the $21, did you dispute the charge with your CC company?

Wired-- why not download the "free" calling service Yahoo offers - and call them on their own service. I was reading it last night but I need to buy a good microphone.
What the heck, they offer everything free but, it always seems to cost more...hope I don't get a whopping phone bill if I use it?
