One potential I've been wondering about with the seller's placement and abiity to list being determined by their sell ratio is that this would appear to make it desirable for a seller to have a dummy bidder close their non-selling auctions with a bid. As there are no fvfs there would be no cost to do so. With the new view closed auctions however this can be seen by anyone bothering to look. I think I just detected one doing so (either that or someone is buying an incredible amount from this seller at 2 to 6 times going rates).
