This is getting to be NOT funny. I have, like all of you, done everything this stooopid application wants and then some. I finally got so tired of being told to sign up after I signed up- that I wrote to Yahoo.
I get a nice letter- "here is how you sign up!" I've done that 30 times, signed up at least a dozen times and am just about through fooling with it.
It has worked for a lucky few, but that tells me that if THAT is how my money will be safeguarded ------I don't think SO!!
For the next month, I am dumping Paypal and any dorky CC services who can't seem to put two straight lines together. For those of you who are still struggling - just go HELP on a questionaire for PD and on the "enough info" say "no" and send a letter under BUGS - cuz if enough folks say --- we won't use this service til they fix it -maybe they will listen.
I will be asking my customers to pay m/o or check untils someone comes up with a viable, trustworthy CC system.

Just wondering...PayDirect works in conjuction with Yahoo Wallet, but you have to sign up for each of them seperately and in the correct order...Wallet first, then PayDirect. If you do not already have a Wallet, and try to sign up for PayDirect, I believe it will send you to sign up for the Wallet, then you have to go back and sign up for PayDirect. Is this possibly what you are experiencing?
