I won an auction on Yahoo and sent my money to the seller. Well, he has taken my $600.00 and has NOT shipped. I contacted YAHOO and they are worthless. I did however file a complaint with the IFCC. We will see what happens. I will not buy anything again unless I can pay through a verified account or escrow. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE!!!!!

Did you use a credit card or one of the online payment services (PayPal, PayDirect, ExchangePath)? If so, you can do a chargeback on your CC.
Also, call the police in his city and report him there as well!
Call the post office if you didn't pay by an online payment service (so you used the Postal Service to send your payment) and report him there--it is a felony to use the post office to commit illegal acts.
