Hello!
I'm hoping in a couple of years(!), I'll have this all figured out and can stop asking questions. My newest is :
I see on my sold auctions a box for
"Comments" and a note from Yahoo to comment on the auction after all is said and done.
Do you provide "comments" in addition to
"rating" the buyer? In "rating" the buyer,
is it the same method as eBay's Feedback system (i.e. just say something nice)?
Perhaps I should be asking what is the purpose of each of these functions and what do all you seasoned Yahooans do?

When you leave feedback, it is available for everyone to see. The comment box allows you to place a comment that the buyer will see if they ever return to the auction page for any reason, but only the buyer and seller can see the comments posted there.

I ignore it too.
The only dumb question is the unasked question. Don't EVER be afraid to ask anything. As of this date, I am the Queen of asking the most dumb questions.
