Since California has some type of migratory bird law, I cannot list my stuffed taxidermy duck on my normal auction, so I am wondering if anyne has list of things I CANNOT list on Yahoo! I can sell it where I live, but, am not sure anyone in my area would opt for this type thing---Thanks in advance.
There are some things that you may not list or sell under any circumstances. These include:
Any item that is illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation
Any item that infringes or violates anyone's rights
Items that you do not have the legal right to sell, including any items that do not exist at the time of the auction
Copyright infringing items
Stolen goods
Live animals
Food, other than packaged food meeting all applicable federal, state, and local standards for sale to consumers by commercial merchants
Alcoholic beverages (except if you are reselling an alcoholic beverage that was initially purchased from a retailer and is still in its original container and it is legal to deliver into the jurisdiction where the buyer lives)
Cigarettes
Firearms (with the exception of antique firearms made before 1898 or replicas)
Ammunition
Switchblades and knives that can be opened with one hand (with blades over 2 inches)
Bodies, Body Parts or Bodily Fluids
Used Underwear
Gambling items (lottery tickets, sweepstakes, pyramid schemes, grab bags, raffles, etc.)
Any item which, in Yahoo!'s sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of Yahoo! Auctions
