If you remove your winner, the next highest bidder will have the option of "accepting" the win. I'm not sure, but after you remove a bidder, you won't be able to rate them. Hope this helps!

Someone (I think if was granee, but it may have been grapey) wisely pointed out that if you remove a winner for whatever reason you will lose the credit for the sale which improves your sell-through numbers that supposedly determine your placement in the listings.

Yes after you remove the bidder if there is a second bidder they will be notifide by yahoo they have the option to make the deal with you your frist bidder back out.
also you lose your abilty to leave feed back to the winner but they could still rate you if they choose to
