I won an auction in September. I promptly sent a money order to the seller, and I have yet to receive my item. I've emailed her many times, and she says she'll mail it soon. I've written to Yahoo for help, but they don't offer any valid suggestions. What can I do? I'm thinking of filing a fraud claim against this seller.

WOW thats a long time have you check with the company you got the money order from to see if it was cashed.
If it wasnt you could cancel payment on it and get your money back.
yahoo wont help in these cases but there are mant places to repoort auction fraud on the net.
also you could report this to the police department in there town.

Thanks for the helpful replies. The seller admits she has cashed the MO, and vaguely promises to send the item. It's less than 15 dollars, but it's the principle of it! I still have her address, so I guess I will give her one more chance to send it, and then I'll call the authorities in her area. The ironic thing is, she left me positive feedback for the transaction! I mean, I know I fulfilled my end of the bargain, but surely she must know she won't be getting one from me!

I wonder if this is the same one who's pulled this on me! Claims she mailed it, delivery confirmation, but 6 weeks and no show. and no offer to trace it or anything.
