I just signed up for the Vendio Gallery a few weeks ago for the 200 item plan. I only have about 100 items listed and maybe 25 that have expired since signing up. Today I received an invoice stating my bill is $8.57 How does this happen with far less than 200 items listed on eBay? 200 items are supposed to be $6.95
When you initially sign up for the Gallery, you will be charged a full month's subscription fee. At the end of your first billing cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount which reflects the time that your Gallery was actually active at during your signup month.
For other subscription services, you are charged a pro-rated subscription fee initially, then a full month's fee at the end of your billing cycle. The reason that we apply the full subscription fee when you initially sign up for the Gallery is that the Gallery is applied immediately to all of your listings - and every Gallery uses system resources and results in API fees for us. If you decide to discontinue the Gallery, we are still charged initial API fees and thus we need to collect the full months' fee up front.
I hope this helps explain the charges on your account.
