Hello,
Go over to your inventory page, click on the title of the item in question and scroll to the bottom of the page.
This is where you can click the 'setup' link next to the eBay icon to setup this item to be launched over to eBay.
This is also where you can set the auction specific costs, and lower the 'quantity available to the store' to zero - if you only have one and need to submit that one item to eBay instead.
