Hi again. When my gallery comes up, my punctuation marks turn into commas. I thought it was eBay, but it isn't. The descriptions are fine until the gallery shows up. I must have an html code that is set wrong...I'm guessing. I have to revise all of my auctions to correct the problem. Please advise. Thanks, Allison

Do you have any unrevised auctions that contain this problem in your account? If so, please send us the item ID numbers so we can take a look and determine what the problem is.

I put item number 3725441389 on a few minutes ago and the punctuation is right. In a bit, the gallery will go on and that's when the trouble starts. Thanks for checking. Allison
I am not sure where I should be looking -- is it the title or somewhere in your description? The one thing I did see was "6 ¾?" -- is it supposed to have the question mark? Please let us know if you type your description elsewhere (such as Microsoft Word) and then copy and paste it into your item description box.

That's the problem Sonya. I type my description into Micro-soft Word and paste it onto the "Sell your item" page. The quotation marks appear just fine until the gallery is added. Then they all turn into question marks. Why is that? Thanks for checking, Allison
It's a formatting issue when you copy and paste from Word. When you copy from word into your Item Description box, try erasing the quotes and typing the quotes in again. This probably will correct the problem.
