Hi - I'm having trouble getting the Gallery to show up in my listings. Does it take a while to show up after the listing starts? How long should I wait? Thanks!

Hello,

Please allow at least four hours after launching new listings for the Gallery to appear on your listings. I checked a few of your listings and was able to see the Gallery working currently. However, should you continue to have trouble with this please let us know an example listing number and we will take a closer look.

My gallery is not working at all. It suddenly stopped working today and still will not load up any images. It is just blank, trying to load, but nothing.. Please IT Please fix.
These are not new listings on ebay.

Hello,

I checked a few of your active listings, but was able to see the Gallery working correctly in the listings without any problem. Could you please let us know one of the specific listing numbers where you are seeing this problem?

I tried replying to the email that was sent by vendio, and attached a screen shot of the listing as an example. I do not see a way to attach it here.

My reply message as follows.

Thank you for your attention to this problem.
All the listings look the same, without the gallery loading.
I have attached a screen shot of one of the listings.

Thank you.. I think I have it figured out. I cleared all cache in firefox browser and it is now working.
