I've had the Vendio Gallery for a while now and worked perfectly but now for some reason it seems to have stopped working and I can't understand why.
The layout is still there, but no images scroll through there is just a message saying 'Click here to view my other items'.
When you click on the message it takes you through to my Vendio Shop which I do not have set up so there are no items in there?
The problem is that your eBay token has expired and will need to be updated. Please do so now by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page --> click "Re-Authorize" and follow the steps. After your eBay token has been updated the Gallery should begin working on your listings within about four hours. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
