If I move the placement of the Gallery display in the preferences is the change done automatically? I now have the Gallery at the top of my eBay items -- I'd like to have the Gallery display at the bottom. Do I just make the preference change here?:

So, making the change does not move the existing locations? What if I want to move the Gallery to the bottom on my other 450 eBay Store items?
That is correct, the placement is not changed in active auctions where the gallery already exists. The rule is, if the items already have the gallery within, it will not change until the item closes, or drops to the closed section and goes active again with a new item number (like a GTC item does every 30 days.)

eBay GTC items retain the same item number. There would be no opportunity to change the HTML unless I go directly to the item and change/move/delete the code -- right? So, if I cancel the Vendio Gallery option the code stays in the item description? What option is available for Vendio to delete the HTML code in the item descriptions? With over 450 eBay Store items (all GTC) the time required for me to remove the code would be overwhelming.
Do you need to move it for 450 items only or are there more? We can see if there's a way we can do this for you in bulk. Please confirm the number as being 450 and it being eBay store items and I'll see if there is something we can do for you.
