Is there a particular item we could use to test this with? I checked a number of your items but was unable to locate any with blank fields where the images should be loading.

I think what the problem was is I went and changed the text below the gallery and somehow the image location accidently got changed.
When I changed it back to correct it just took a couple of hours to take effect.

I have a new account with you folks and am signed up for the Vendio Gallery. But my four items currently up for auction don't have the gallery. Could you check on one of them, #6908309991, and see if there's something I should do further?
With my other seller account my gallery is working just fine.

I dont show that you are signed up for the gallery on this account. You can do so via the My Account tab, under the My Payment Plans link found within.

Christopher: Could you check now and see if I've filled everything out correctly and am signed up. I went through all those hoops; didn't understand the last page about existing accounts, and the instructions are to give my e-mail address and then password comes a little lower. Does that mean my e-mail password with my server OR my Vendio password? Confusing.

Thank you! I see that the gallery is indeed working. YOu might pass along a comment from me on this--When I went through all the things in "My Account"--seller preferences, etc. etc. etc., there was a Vendio Gallery section there. I went into it, looked around at the different templates, chose one, clicked on a couple of things, and it looked as though that was all I needed to do. I didn't see anything in that page telling me to go to "payment plans" or such. It may be there and I just didn't notice it--but it would be helpful to have a link right there for newbies. Just an idea.
