I would like to remove the gallery from my listing but I don't know how to do that. The only image being shown is of the same auction and the gallery is in two places on the ad - it's a mess.

To edit the auction, you'll need to Log into your Ebay account. From there, you'll need to edit the HTML and subtract one of the Galleryiess.

How did you submit the auction with two Galleries?
