I'm hoping someone can help me with choosing the correct option to get the right photo in my gallery. The image I want to use is the first image in my auction, but so far I've ended up with a gallery image from one auction repeated in every gallery photo or no photos in gallery at all.
I checked your Vendio Gallery preferences and noticed that you have specified 'eBay Gallery Image' as the first image to try to import for the gallery. Please log in and go to My Account > Gallery Preferences and change it to your first image in auction. The next time you list items, the first image in your auction should be imported for the gallery.
If you have any trouble after changing this and launching auctions, please let us know and we'll review your settings again.

Thank you for your remedy, however, when I first selected my options, I chose the option of the first photo and no photos were showing up. So, I don't know what to do. Does this mean that none of my photos will show up until I launch new auctions next week?
The problem lies with your stored URL for images in your Gallery Preferences. You have it as 'auctionimages.com' but your images in your auctions are 'auctionimages.net'. If you change that, and re-select to use the first item photo, your next set of listings should have the proper image displayed in your Vendio Gallery.

Am I understanding that there is no way to update the gallery on my current auctions? I have to wait until I list some new auctions? In otherwords, if I don't start new auctions for a week, then I'm stuck with a gallery that doesn't display my photos until then?
